Cocktail Pillbox 1950s Vintage Hats for Women for sale | eBay。Vintage 50s 60s Black Wool Pillbox Hat Heavy Iridescent Beadwork Fringe Cocktail A truly stunning piece of mid-century millinery. This structured black wool pillbox hat features extraordinarily dense hand-beaded embellishment covering the entire crown — bugle beads, seed beads, and round beads in a mesmerizing iridescent palette of deep blue, green, purple, and ruby red that shifts and catches light with every movement. A beaded fringe/picot trim runs the full circumference at the crown-to-band join, adding elegant drape and movement. The band is classic structured wool with subtle vertical tuck detailing. Interior is beautifully lined in a teal/blue silk or satin fabric with a woven purple grid pattern — the kind of quality lining detail you only see in higher-end vintage millinery. Construction appears entirely hand-sewn throughout. No maker\'s label present. The combination of structured pillbox silhouette, heavy wool, silk lining, and hand-beaded crown points to late 1950s to mid-1960s origin. A serious collector piece or show-stopping costume/editorial accessory. Approx. inner circumference 20–21\". Fits most adult heads. Great vintage condition, dust has accumulated onto the top of the hat overtime so will need some cleaning, wool in in great shape Smoke-free home.
